I have a old tv and I want to hook up my new wii but my tv has no red, white, yellow hook up for it what can I do?

I need to hook up a wii and Playstation 2 to the same tv, any advice appreciated, I don't know if it's easy or not...

I have a HDMI cord with a white cord a blue cord a green cord and two red cords my tv has a yellow red and white port.

My analog tv has only the connection for coaxel cable and no connection for yellow, red, and white wires for converter.
