Yes, when your computer runs out of real memory, it uses virtual memory, which is disk based and slower. When you start to run out of that as well, things really slow down. Adding more physical memory should help a lot in this case.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
