I have been charged with a New Jailable Offense, what is going to happen to my Pre-Trial Diversion case?

Your Pre-Trial Diversion case is subject to Reinstitution of Prosecution for a violation of your probation. This applies even if you have complied with all of your other conditions. When you are charged with a new offense the old case is reviewed and a determination is made as to whether it will be reinstituted or remain in the Pre-Trial Diversion program.

You should inform your PTD coordinator as soon as possible of any new charges.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
