I don't think the doctors have been very helpful to you. You probably have migraines and need some medication to stop them. My daughter has these and when she has one a pill stops it right away.
There are numerous meds and some work well for some and others kinds work better for others. Botox also can help headaches that are caused by stress. Sometimes going to chiropractor can help.
You might try to do some neck exercises and use some heat or ice or use both alternately. Drink more water as something as simple as being a bit dehydrated can trigger a headache. Ask a friend for a neck massage as your muscles may be contracting and giving you a headache.
You can do some yoga which gently stretches and strengthens your muscles and improves your posture. What pain killers are your using? Some headaches respond to Tylenol but some people use Excedrin migraine or Alka Seltzer XS with good results.
Buy a small amount and try an alternate pain med. Maybe your parents have something already on hand. Read the info below to see if you recognize some trigger foods or see some suggestions to try.
