I have benn told I have a spirit guid and would like to comunicate with him but having not done?

You can communicate with your spirit guide anytime. You may not be able to receive communication unless you develop the ability.

Talk to your guide as though she/he is standing in front of you. You may or may not hear back though. I'm not really sure why this is but don't worry so much about it.

There are many ways to contact your spirit guide. Deep meditation, psychics (with good reviews and someone you can trust), through scrying on your own and prayer. Your guides are always with you and are eager to get to know you.

Start with a piece of paper and some quiet time. Let the answers come in and trust that it is not your imagination write down key questions you would like answered and close your eyes and introduce yourself, ask for a name and again trust they are communicating with you, ask what heritage are they? Egyptian?

American? Native american? , ask simple questions at first so you get the hang of it, always thank them for their help and watch for their signs that they are trying to tell you things throughout the day.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
