I have blonde hair, awhile ago I dyed it black, it stayed. How can I get it back blonde without killing my hair?

2 If that were true, then if would kill to get a buzz cut. It's not alive at all- from 1/2 inch to scalp is just as dead as the ends are.
Use L'Oreal's Hair Color Remover kit. Just remember it will leave your hair orange-ish but that's OK, it's a blank canvas for your new color. 1-2 hours later, dye over it with your blonde dye.
