Curry freezes very well, I do it all the time, in fact I am having some previously frozen curry for lunch today. You should have no problem pouring a cold jar of curry sauce over your turkey and freezing it. Just make sure your turkey has complete cooled before you toss it in the freezer.
You can freeze the turkey with the curry sauce, but a better option might be to freeze the turkey alone and add the curry sauce when you reheat it. This way if another option comes along to use the leftover turkey you won't be limited to just curry choices. You can also find other ideas on what to do with your leftover turkey on Mahalo's How to Use Leftover Turkey page.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
