I have dark brown furniture in my living room. Would light green walls (think sage) & dark brown carpet go?

You have 2 choices that would work well. Either choose a very light green that goes well with the carpet or a light tan that compliments the green carpet. Then to add an accent color Find a nice area rug that has some of the wall color along with some brown and/ or green and the accent color of choice.

Good options would be burnt orange, reds, medium shades of purple, deep yellow. You can also add some colorful throw pillows in one or more of the accent colors.

It depends on how deep of a green your carpet is. Any yellow shade will go from deep bright yellow for lots of contrast, or a soft pale yellow for a nice blend. A mint green, or soft pale green might go well also.

A light tan or beige would also go with green carpeting.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
