I have deleted a portlet after configuring it. Can I restore the configured portlet?

A. Yes. However you can do this only with single instance portlets, (portlets that can be added only once) such as Change Audit portlet.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
