We cannot change our profile pictures or add one since early this year. The Yahoo Profiles page to do that was shut down and no alternative replaced it, so we are no longer able to change them. We have no idea and possibly even Yahoo doesn't know when or if being able to change / add them will happen.
They said for WHY.... Yahoo Profile was created to let you view public info about others. With Yahoo, you could check out profile pictures, nicknames, and comment histories as well as manage your own publicly visible settings. It never quite took off.
Very few people look at other people's public profiles, so we switched our focus to the things that matter to you most. Https://help.yahoo.com/kb/SLN25611.html?... Anyone suggesting it will be happening in the upcoming weeks is not accurate at all. Not looking good that will ever happen.
Yahoo is not saying anything about that since March and it has been beyond 9 months now since that option was taken away. This was the last we heard from staff. Https://yahoo.uservoice.com/forums/21900... If we will once again be able to they supposedly will let us know.
If it is not going to happen it would be nice for them to let us know. Very bad (non planning) on Yahoo's side of things once again.
You can't. Avatars and the editing of nicknames have been disabled. They are making changes to profiles.
No one knows when or if they will be enabled again.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
