I don't think anyone probably can answer your question correctly as it depends on many factors.
However I can give you a life changing carrier guidance advice (if you take it seriously).
My friend, never go after any college, it's reputation,...but go for your favorite subject!
Well decide what branch you want to take-- computer science, electronics, mechanical...
And see in which college it's available for you.
If there is a choice between, say, mechanical branch in a well reputed college and computer science in a lower ranked college, then you should prefer the later.
I have some friends who had higher ranks in the exams but they preferred to join inferior branches like mining, metallurgy in our college (K.R.E.C)...
And later had to change their entire carriers after completing their degrees and working for a few years...
And then study some computer courses to get a respectable job and salary.
Contact someone by the name of Marty Greenfield....(he should be listed). He is connected to the college there and has been since 1980 ish....
Tell him Ellen told you to look him up and ask his advice.
Also, tell him I send my regards to him and Marianne....
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
