I have had stomach issues with lft sided pain behind my hip bone area, abnormal bowels and cramping at times what do think it could be?

I think it is something you will want a medical doctor to check up. Even if an expert was lurking around Mahalo, do you actually think anyone can answer that question correctly without knowing your age and gender? How can you tell you have abnormal bowels by the way?

Agree with the above, I think it sounds most like diverticular disease TBH, but could well be something like IBS. However, it needs checking out in person I'm afraid.... Off to your Doc!

You should definitely see a doctor for a confirmatory diagnosis. If you have cramping, bloating, diarrhea and/or constipation and it has been going on for a long time (i.e. , most of your life) it is possible that you may have Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS).

This is the most benign of the possibilities. Others include, parasites, infection, etc. However, if these symptoms are new and severe there are a number of other conditions it could be, not the least of which is food poisoning. You should definitely see a doctor to get a correct diagnosis.

If it is IBS, increased fiber intake can help to even out your symptoms.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
