I have horrible dandruff ive tried everything!?

I wouldn't use head and shoulders to prevent dandruff as it is full of chemicals and then may cause dry scalp which will mean more flakes on top of that. You could try changing shampoo to something esle that is also quite natural e. G aloe or olive oil and mixing in a bit of olive oil in with the shampoo.

I found this got helped and eventually got rid of my dry and itchy scalp good luck hope this helps :).

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
