I have money on my account from gift cards, can I use that to purchase from any seller on amazon or just from amazon?

How do I use my gift card? First, locate your claim code on the gift card you received. If you're placing an order through the Shopping Cart, enter the code as a payment option during Checkout and click "Apply."

If you aren't ready to place an order yet, you can redeem the gift card in Your Account for future use. I'm having trouble using my gift card to place an order. What should I do?

If you've already redeemed a gift card to Your Account, you don't need to enter the claim code again. To confirm that the funds are already in your account, check your current gift card balance through Your Account under the Payments section. If this doesn't help, see our other troubleshooting tips.
