They can do so many enhancements with high and low-lighting, making your natural blonde even more beautiful, if you think it needs it. Go to a professional and DO NOT do it yourself. And do not pick a place because the cost is reasonable.NO DRASTIC DARKENING .
I wouldn't do it if you're a natural blonde. Once you dye it, the only way back is to grow it out. You might want to go with a really nice haircut instead of a dye job.
A lot of people would kill to be blonde and spend a lot of money to try to be blonde.
I too have natural blonde hair no gray hair, I am 50 + years and never dyed or perm or used any chemiucals on my hair. Six months ago I did color my hair, thought it was dull, I used loreal , I use a very light blonde that matched my hair but it had high-lights too. It came out beautiful and I love it.As the months pass my roots are showing and look almost black so I will do it again.
I am not sure if coloring my hair made it come in darker or I'm getting older and thats what happens .
It will as nearly every dye contains hydrogen peroxide which is a bleaching agent and even if it is highly diluted it still will destroy most of your living hair cells (the root area and a few inches as the rest of the hair is already dead material-same as fingernails above the tip of the finger. ). Using a stronger bleaching agent take the colour out of your hair wil certainly do a serious damage to most of the longer parts.
Plus the fact that your natural colour needs to be dyed in again after this procedure. Use a dye which is not permanent and washes out vey easily before you use a permanent dye. When you use a permanent dye you will have to re-dye your hair at least once a month and you will have to nurish it more with conditioner, packs etc...That is my personal experience with friends and their hair dressers over the past 30 years.
If you have short hairs (just above the shoulder) you be fine with colors as your hair will grow back quite easily. If you have long hair-well, I think you know that it takes years to grow... org/wiki/Hydrogen_peroxide.
If you do decide to do it with semi-permanent or permanent color, please, please, go to a professional and pay the big bucks to get it done right! That way, if there is a problem (and hopefully there won't be), the hairdresser will be taxed with making it right. :)Kat .
I’m 23, as I said before I’ve been dying my hair since the ripe age of 14. Recently my hair has been Rihanna red, then I had to dye it black over that (for work; not by choice lol.) My hair is used to it and is very resilient, keep in mind. And if you have colored your hair darker or with reds or pink, these are the hardest to get out.
If you are bleaching or lightening your hair from pink NOW, you’re going to have to do it a lot and it will damage your hair A LOT. All of the hair being talked about on this site here has been processed differently, be aware of the fact…if someone is saying they have light hair, and you have dark; vice versa, or your reading what someone who has never dyed there hair has done, and you’ve dyed your hair plenty…what worked for them might not work for you. If someone spells 97 out of 100 words wrong…question their credibility.
Not just here, everywhere!
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
