It could be the chemicals they are using to clean the water. There was a girl on TV that could not drink water because she would break out in blisters. You may have a reaction to whatever is in the water.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
