I have never actually tried the Acai berry diet as such, but I do routinely drink Acai berry juice. For me, the benefits of the antioxidant properties in strengthening the immune system and reversing the physical effects of oxidative stress on the body are what are the most important properties of Acai berry. Antioxidants also have a cleansing effect on cells, as well as the intestinal tract, that provides greater energy.To me, Acai berry juice tastes much like any other potent berry juices.
If you have ever drank 100% cranberry juice, blueberry juice, or even pomegranate juice, you have an idea of the flavor and texture. I would say that the taste is probably closer to pomegranate than anything else, but there is a subtle aftertaste with Acai berry that is different from other types of berries.It is almost like a dark chocolate or a toffee taste. For me, this is the best aspect of the taste, as I find it to be very rich.
However, I have head from others that the taste is often too strong for them.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
