What happens is that it will not arrive at the intended destination, and the sorting office will keep the letter and instead they will post a card to the delivery address. On the card it will state that insufficient postage was put on the mail by the sender and there will be a fee for them to pay. The people in the UK govt office will read it, then laugh and throw it in the bin and your letter will just sit there forever in the sorting office probably.
If an envelope has no stamp, they will return it to the return address. If there is no return address, they will put it in the dead bin or toss it.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
