When I got rejected first time, I was confused too. I tried to apply again from Hubpages earnings page and it said your application was disapproved. Then, I tried to apply from same email account and it said that your application was disapproved.
Then, I went to google adsense forums support and I got the answer. You can try the below method and see if it works.
You need to use a new email id to apply the next time. Then, register the same email id in hubpages. Also, before I applied second time, I wrote 15 hubs to ensure I had enough content.
Imagine you were running to catch a bus and you really wanted on that bus because you thought it was the only way to get where you wanted to go. But, although you ran and you were even on time for the bus, if not a few minutes early according to their own printed schedule, it left without you. Then about 2 minutes later it crashed and burned and everyone on board perished.
That's Google AdSense. Even if you got on the bus, they're just going to crash it when they get ready and take all of your labor and all of your earnings and blame you for it - falsely, of course.
To complete the analogy: Sometimes it's good to miss the bus. There are other forms of transportation.
I've read plenty of stories similar to yours. I don't know why they do this. Maybe they're only partly criminal and the other part is incompetent... that's just a theory, of course.
Ok here is a guess: One adsense account allowed. The email address for adsense account has to be the same address at Hub pages. That I do know for sure.
Infinite: it looks like your blogspot is fairly new. That is another thing. Adsense often turns down new sites. So if you have your blog site monetized with adsense that could be a problem for you to.
All you can do is email them and tell them that they approved you, and now say not approved.
I'm in the same boat. They gave me the flick in January, no apology, no explanation - and no courtesy either. I can't help you, just let you know that you're not alone.
Thanks everyone for great advice. I have tied the route of using another e-mail and that's been equally as frustrating. To save myself wasted time with AdSense, I think I'll concentrate on creating hubs and focus any earnings attention to Amazon.
I've actually had some moderate success there already. Serena, I'm leaning towards your missed bus scenario, though I hope the bus doesn't crash for the sake of others, I agree that this could be a bus best missed.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
