I have strawberry blonde hair, blue eyes, and PALE skin. Can I have some makeup tips?

For eye shadow you should try using pretty blues and greens.

I would say brown eyeliner (or black, depend on what you wanna do. ) on the top, not bottom, with brown mascara. Also, I would say no eye shadow just because my friend sounds just like you, and she doesn't wear eye shadow, and when she does its an off whitee or green.

Sure, don't put too much on, put on just the right amount. Also get some concealer to compliment your eyes. And maybe light pink lipstick.

With having fair skin and light hair + eyes, I would suggest that you go natural with your look. Neutral colors for your lids (whites, tans, and browns), if you go for an eyeliner I would suggest a dark brown or a navy blue so that it's not too harsh, and the same goes for mascara. The fun thing you can do while keeping your eyes neutral is you can play up your lips and cheeks.

Find some colors that you like and work it! A friend of mine has really pale skin and is naturally blonde (she dyes her hair but that's besides the point) and when she was blonde and now she wears reds and pink colors on her lips and she looks great!
