Chinchillas don't shed regularly like cats and dogs. They could be fighting. It could be an allergy to food or bedding.
What are you feeding? What are you using as a bedding? A vet would be needed to properly diagnose the skin condition.
Once you get he skin conditioned healed, the hair will more than likely grow back.
They are only two years old, so I don't think it has anything to do with age.
It could be that it's getting warmer and they are shedding where the most heat comes out of their bodies, but it might also be old age. I had a guinea pig, she was insanely fluffy, then she had babies and her hair fell out, which the pet shop owner told me that she was going through hormonal changes and could be entering old age since she was five. I suggest taking them to a vet to get a professional's opinion.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
