Either get to a obgyn, or health clinic fast. Possible sign of std or sti. Almost sounds like a bacterial infection but definatly get it checked out.No if ands or buts.
And if it is something you caught not only can you transfer it to others but it can cause other health problems in your lady parts, even infertilization.
If it is accompanied by a yeasty smell and is causing itching, you probably have thrush. You will need treatment to clear it up. I am pretty sure this will be what you have.
You can put yogurt on it or consume a lot of yogurt. The yogurt has probiotics in it that are meant to help. But I would still recommend proper treatment as sometimes you can still have the cells in you even if you don't have any symptoms so this would cause thrush again.
