I have windows xp "upgrade" edition. won't let me install to my "new" build. any way to go around this?

Anytime you put in a new mobo, you will need to put a fresh install of the operating system on your hard drive. When Windows installs, its sets up the registry files based on the hardware (chipsets on the mobo). Since you have an upgrade 7, you can try installing Vista first and then upgrading it to the Win 7.

If you have a valid COA for Win 7, then you may be able to use someones full version disk and change the key code to your COA numbers. Other than that, if you have to have Win 7, you'll have to buy it (unless you use a bootleg, which I wouldn't recommend).

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
