This is not good. Something has gone wrong. Either the tat has become infected or the tattooist has damaged some nerve or structure in your wrist.Run...do not walk to your nearest emergency room.
This cannot wait for an appointment with your doctor.
I see this was posted 11months ago, and I hope you took the advice of the previous repliers. If you are EVER in doubt of a tattoos healing process, you can always call your doctor for advice. If the Doc is unsure of what to do, head into the emergency room for advice from someone that can actually see the tat and will have a better idea of how to proceed.
I hope all went well with your wrist tat and anything they had to do to it did not ruin the tat. Wishing you the best.
The swelling itself should be a sign. You are experiencing abnormal side effects from a tattoo session. You should seek Medical Services immediately as you may have an infection.
Untreated, it can kill you!
Something is definitely wrong. I wonder if they damaged a nerve. Absolute emergency sign= red streaks running in lines away from the sight towards your heart, as in up your arm.
My husband has a few tattoos and none ever swelled, no loss of sensation or inability to move ever. Just soreness, skin peeling, maybe a little warmth and itching.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
