About 10 minutes after you take the pills they prescribed for you. You can generally cut the pills back to two a day within a day or two; and depending on your tolerance to discomfort; can start weaning yourself off them within a week.
Use the ice as advised, and keep the area clean as demonstrated by the dent.
Sheesh, I remember mine and it was about 2 days (maybe 3 for all of it) and I ate little but liquid during that time. But at least I had drugs.
I remember having Vicodin and was told to take ibuprofen as well and use ice. You must, must, must keep the sockets/holes clean and free of debris or they will get infected. The oral surgeon should have given you a syringe with a curved tip to rinse out the holes - don't be afraid to use it!

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
