If I remember right, I had to set mine up initially to send my mp3 downloads from my Amazon folder to Itunes. Did you do this? Here's a trouble shooting page; maybe it will help.

Do a find for it, it may have downloaded to an obscure folder somewhere, Press Command F, a search window will appear, enter the songs name, once you locate the song, double click it, your iTunes should automatically launch and the song will be added to the iTunes library. Once you find which folder your mp3 is in, you can drag it to whatever folder you want it in.

Also..... I just encountered this problem with another Askville member a few days ago, after searching it was discovered the song failed to download, the person called Amazon and was able to get it downloaded properly. The other Askville member was also using a MAC.
