People are often willing and able to provide support over the internet - sometimes for free, sometimes for money - but it is the ability to match those who need the support with those that can offer it that makes the internet a great medium for Q&A. Firtly, I would suggest blogging and micro-blogging on the subject. If you have a website (I always recommend Wordpress) you can easily attach it to a Twitter account so that each article/blog post you write gets issued to your Twitter feed.
Building up followers on Twitter and readers of your blog will allow you to interact with your desired audience. You could even pop a Paypal Donate button on your site to make some money or offer online services such as live chat to those in need. Alternatively I think what you want to aim for is actually offering hosting services of your own.
This means buying bulk from a supplier and managing your clients hosting for a marginal amount. Be warned though - hosting is already big business and therefore competition is high! I would suggest packaging the options of designing websites with the hosting those sites require - that is a common way webdesigners make a little extra on the side.My hosting provider is webhosting.uk.com/ in case you were wondering.
I also hear good things about Amason's EC2 / S3 setup if you required a "scalable cloud". Hope this helps.
Linux is best......If you need web hosting means you can get the web hosting here thewebpole.com.

A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
