I Love Beans -- Coffee (why is the stuff soooo good next to chocolate)?

They definitely go together, Ice-cream with coffee is another must too.

I think that coffee and chocolate go together so well because the coffee if it is straight or black gives more of a bitter taste. Then you add the taste of a milk chocolate which is sweet it enhances the flavors in the coffee. This is not scientific it is just my take on the subject.

Gotta love that coffee! If I had to choose between coffee and chocolate, I would pick coffee everytime.

If your forefathers and parents drank a lot of coffee, I believe that it can filter through to younger generations. For example, I am not a fan of coffee and tea; however, if you look through into my genealogy, my parents do not drink tea or coffee but I am not sure about my grandparents. I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
