I m drinking and driving the cops stop and after 30 minute blow come up 100 and 110 after 15 minute .should I lose license and charge?

When I got my DWI, I got 1 year probation, a $2,000 fine and the loss of my license for 90 days. I live in Texas and got pinched in Parker county (unfortunately the 2nd toughest judge in the State on driving under the influence). It was my first offense.In your case, given it's your first offense, you can pretty much count on loosing it for at least 90 days, plus some fines and probation.

If you want to go the other way, you can do some jail time and just knock it all out in prolly 30 days. But avoding jail is the name of the game, so lawyer up (another $1500) and just keep your nose clen and do it.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
