I need a clever campaign slogan...can you help?

I'm designing a brochure for a County Commission candidate for a somewhat rural area, and need a catchy slogan! The candidate is my friend, and I volunteered to do this to help out He is a Democrat replacing a Republican commissioner who was in office for 20+ years in a very Republican district, so we are not pushing the party affiliation--I want them to vote for the man, not the party. I need to think about farming, economy, jobs, open communication between levels of government, and time for a change-type thinking.

But not all of them in the slogan, of course. Just a general statement. Any suggestions?

1 Years ago, in fact I think it was the late 60's, I remember a County Commission Candidate in my area who went door to door offering anyone $1 if they could tell him what a County Commissioner did. There were very few people who were able to do so. So then he would tell them briefly what a County Commissioner did, what the size of the County's yearly budget was and the spending decisions the Commission made, and end by telling them that he wanted to be their representative on the County Commission.

Then he would give them a pamphlet describing his qualifications. It worked, and he was elected. I've always remembered it because I thought it was such a novel approach to campaigning.

Can you help me find a campaign slogan for a 5th grade Treasurer.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
