You will also want cameras that run on AA batteries since you might have trouble find replacement batteries or recharging them on the road. You'll also want a large range optical zoom (not digital zoom) - at least 5 x - also, if you're in bright sunlight, try to get one with a viewfinder so you can see what you're shooting better.
