FILL THE TUBES WITH THE FILLING . PLACE IN AN OILED 11X17 " SHALLOW BAKING DISH (OR 9X13"). BLEND FLOUR AND BUTTER, COOK 1 MINUTE OVER MEDIUM HEAT.

GRADUALLY ADD THE EVAPORATED SKIM MILK, STIRRING CONSTANTLY WITH A WHISK. HEAT UNTIL THE SAUCE BUBBLES, THEN SEASON WITH THE PEPPER AND NUTMEG. REMOVE FROM HEAT AND ADD THE GRATED CHEESE.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
