It could be that your order with shipping is more than your Gift Card. In that case there is a box there asking for a credit card number. Just put that in and the button should light up for you to click on and it will go to the next page.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
