Those issues are usually managed with medication rather than counseling.

Check your health insurance provider list. If you have no insurance check with your nearest hospital if they have a mental health program that can help you. You can get help with medication and counselling.

But you need to take the medication daily and follow what the counsellor advises you to do. I havd had friends with those conditions and they did not always do that and it showed. Good Luck.

It depends on who the person being evaluated. There are no simple steps to do but you have to stay put and not fall back when you hit a bump on the road to self discovery. The bump may be the size of a pebble, we take a look at it at it as being big.It took time to find out some things, it will take time to learn what to do next.

You need to speak with a psychiatrist about all of that because at least two of those are dealt with thru medication as well as counseling and psychiatrists are Medical Doctors able to prescribe it.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
