I need Help with Kontera! Yikes?

I have yet to apply to them, and there's a reason for that. HubPages own help tutorial on it states that it's best to wait until you are earning a fair amount from google adsense. I am fairly new and still building myself up plus learning my way around here.My suggestion is to contact them and ask them why they sent you that email.

If it's needed, perhaps explain that it is used on HubPages all the time. The other thing I can think of is that they may feel you don't have enough traffic yet or that your hubber score isn't high yet. I'm guessing there's something in their terms & conditions that your account isn't meeting just yet; if you aren't sure of what it is, contact them.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
