Does not exist, I'm afraid. There are no programs in the world that translate accurately from one language to another. Not even between such similar languages as Norwegian and Swedish.
Such programs are okay if you want to get a gist of what a text in a language you don't know is speaking of, but you still get all kinds of mistranslations that you have to make wild guesses at, and you have to be aware that, except in the most common phrases, the grammar is *always* wrong. Google translate is among the better ones, since it offers several options for each word that might be ambiguous, like, for example, the word "right" in English, which - among many other things - can mean both "correct" and a certain direction. Then you can pick the meaning that seems to fit the context (but it can still be wrong, of course).

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
