I only can open inbox folder mails, cannot open other folder mail like spam, trash etc , why?

If not, do so. Also be sure that you restart the system after doing it. Make sure your java, flash and browser are all updated.

Same here. I did anti-virus scans. I called Microsoft tech support $149.

I can't seem to even log out, I have more than one account so I must reboot computer to do so. This is a mess. I think they should at least notify user's that there is a problem!

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
