Of course not. Soda is nothing but sugar. Red Bull ia nothing but caffine and sugar.
Hot tea is full of caffine and tannic acids. You will be dead by the time you are 40, from diabetes or a heart attack. And since you call yourself "Fatbuddy", it is clear that you already know this is not healthy.
Hope you have good medical and life insurance. You're gonna need it.
Im 43 yrs old I work 70 hrs a wk doing roofing I don't drink I ran the boston marathon did noy finish but I tried. Just need med advice about how bad I need to drink water fatbuddy 10 months ago .
Good for you for trying. Now, lay off the soda and red bull, and limit the tea to two cups a day. Seriously, one can of soda has 6 tablespoons of sugar in it, SIX!
Drink at least 6 8 ounce glasses of water a day. You need to take in a certain amount of fluid everyday, and water is the best way to get it. Trust me.
I drank soda like it was going out of style. I am now a medication controlled diabetic due to my soda intake. And I am not heavy - I work out.It didn't make a difference.
Soda is the worst thing in the world. Red Bull is full of chemicals. You will be surprised at how much better you feel.

You can get you liquid intake from a variety of liquids, but you are picking ones that also include caffeine. Caffeine in drinks have diuretic or dehydrating effec on the body if you consume more than approximately 500 mg of caffeine per day. One can of Red Bull is 80 mg, and most sodas are aroung 40 -55 mg and a cup of tea is around 45 mg.
If that is all you are drinking I'm sure you are over that 500 mg. Try drinking liquids without caffeine, Flavored waters, juices, Also, heavy consumption of caffeinated drinks can contribute to the development of conditions including osteoporosis and hypertension or high blood pressure.
I am always on the go eat out sometimes twice a day. I need to change my life style completely. Thanks for your respond.

I'm out of the house from 6:00 am to 7:00 pm. I make sure to eat a healthy breakfast before I leave and carry healthy snacks with me to keep me going until I get home for dinner. It takes some effort, but you can do it.
Start making small changes like stopping the soda and Red Bull, switch to green or herbal teas. Get a thermos to take with you.
Technically, you do not need to drink water by itself. Water consumed in other forms, even in solid food, is absorbed by your body. Despite the common myth, the water in tea and even beer and soft drinks "counts".
It all just ends up in a slurry in your stomach anyway. Caffeine is a diuretic, causing you to excrete water, but contrary to the myth it does not cause you to excrete more than you take in when consumed in drinks. But vast quantities of sugar and caffeine are bad for you, regardless of how much water you drink.
You'd have to drink a LOT of sugar and caffeine to get your necessary water from those. It does horrible things to your insulin level, causes cavities, and possibly even nerve damage. Back off.
Thank you for you time. Sounds like you know what your talking about. Fatbuddy 10 months ago .

Why do we need to drink 8-10 glasses of water a day.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
