I open control panel to delete AOL but it doesn't show up in the program list, how do I uninstall it?

1 Good luck trying to exterminate AOL. It's easier to get rid of roaches in a Bronx tenement. Go to Control Panel/Add Remove programs and uninstall anything with AOL in the name.

Then run a search of your hard drive and erase any file with AOL in the file name. That'll kill most of it. Then download WinPatrol:winpatrol.com/download.htmlUse that to track down and disable all the remaining AOL programs in your startup and to kill the running AOL processes.

You'll never get all of it but you can kill most of it if you work at it. The only sure fire way to get rid of AOL completely is to reformat your hard drive and reinstall everything.

How do I get amazon as a program off my computer or uninstall it.

It isn't listed in the Control Panel list of programs.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
