I purchased a Bela Lugosi Dracula DVD-75th Anniversary Edition that says Spanish Version on the cover. Does this mean th?

One is English version the 2nd is a Spanish version, classicflix.com/dracula-75th-anniversary... html.

Disc 1 does not mention the movie Dracula, and disc 2 reads Dracula (1931) Spanish Version with introduction by Lupita Tovar Kohner. Voice 26 days ago .
