I had a problem similiar to that.... I contacted the State Attorney Generals office where that company resides, and sent off an e mail online to the Attorney Generals Office explaining the situation, in a matter of two weeks the matter was resolved in my favor. Sources: personal experience .

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
