IMHO - NOT SUCH A GOOD IDEA Both of you are going through so many changes right now just by your different ages, your within a year of being 21, and she is just 16. Assuming your social circles are not the same, your out of high school, she is in the thick of it etc. In my younger days, I was 17 dating a 19 year old and it was not going to work. He was full steam ahead into adulthood and I was just enjoying being a teenager.

I think a 20 year-old male is a little advanced for a 16 year old girl; his thoughts probably run to sex and she's too young to be romantically involved with someone older. She's still in high school and should be going out with her peers, talking about homework and teachers, and looking forward to the prom. He's out of school, may be working or in college and is more experienced than she.

Every teen wants to grow up fast, but my advice is to keep her young as long as possible.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
