I want out of my lease. Upstairs neighbors are noisy, and my apt manager refused to handle it. What to do?

If they have 2 legitimate noise complaints, it is natural that the next one will result in eviction. It is frankly ridiculous to suggest that the landlord is using his friendship as a means to get you evicted. NO landlord wants decent, rent paying tenants to leave.

Do you know many people who want to create more work for themselves? If he is trying to evict you it is for good cause. MOVE, to a ground floor apartment or a more modern one with concrete floors that virtually eliminate complaints of this sort.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
