I want to run my LLC through a different state than where I reside. Business is web based. Do I need a foreign entity?

I am trying to decide which is better for me to set up my LLC. In another state such as Wyoming due to the tax advantages over California, but if so am I required to file for foreign status since I reside in California. No, try Nevada. Lots of LLCs are registered there because of the tax laws.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
