I want to sell my manufactured home. I do not want to sell the land/property it is on, but just the home itself... Does anyone have a great idea on how to just sell the home. Is there a market for them?

I want to get at least what was paid for the home. We purchased our house a few months ago and we want to sell the manufactured home that is on it and build a new home. I just can't seem to get started on selling the home that is on the property.

Make sure that the real estate agent you choose has experience selling manufactured homes. While you're looking for a real estate agent you should work on sprucing up your manufactured home so that it is in the best condition possible. Paint the doors, make sure the rooms are well lit, recaulk the bathrooms, and check the hinges on your cabinets and closets.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
