India is a sourcing company. Fashion mangement won't really do wonders for you. I used to work for a company that used to make garments for the us retailors.

If you want to work in India then all you need to do I NIFT. Then the best thing is to do is work in a factory first for 3 years then 3 years in a buying house and then work in a country like china, vietnam to gain some international exposure. This will be enough .

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
