Well, I sure wouldn't rule it out! I had a first month "regular" period while I was pregnant with both of my kids. I took a pregnancy test, saw that I was pregnant, and still had a period after that... BOTH times.

Just a head's up that they can be inaccurate!... but they are only wrong one way. If you take a test and it says positive, then you are FOR SURE pregnant. But the tests can be wrong by saying negative, when you really ARE pregnant.My cousin was having the same symptoms and took 3 different home tests... they all said negative.
