You need another job, friend. This new manager changed the game rules on you, and besides that, s/he broke one of the cardinal rules of management: You never, NEVER make an employee change or sacrifice vacation time for the sake of the company. That's a dealbreaker right there.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
