If your man really has cancer and is refusing any tipe of treatmant he IS dying for sure. If you are not sure whether he has cancer or not, then speak with his Dr or insist to see his medical reports...On medical reports his dyagnosis is clearly written. After 12 years spent together, you have every right to know the truth and after you find it out, you can choose what will be the best desicion for you .

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
