I am somewhat uncomfortable with this and I won't be answering his questions I assume it is a he since one question involved his half sister. In one question he makes a joke in the discussion and the other 2 I am not sure if he is asking the question for its shock value or is indeed disturbed by what he feels. The last question almost seems to me to be a clarification of the comment about being in love with a sister.

Well I think a few people are going to consider these questions as abuse. If I were to ever respond it would be with links to discussions on sexuality and confusing signals. BTW on AP strange news (one of my rss feeds) there was an item about a week ago about a german husband and wife that later found out that they were step brother and sister and the court sentenced him to jail after he stayed with his sister when they annuled the marriage, Perhaps the anonymity of askville allows him to ask the questions.

Or he indeed is a brat looking to have some fun by stirring up trouble. I don't have enough information to make a truely informed decision so for the moment I will not answer the questions but I will be watching them for signs of abuse I hope our friend edfoug answers this question Sources: My opinions .

The guy.. I think we will always have occasional "guests" who post this kind of inappropriate things here. Actually we have been extremely lucky that we rarely see this kind of post--if you were at Yahoo Answers you would see this kind of thing--and worse! --all the time there.

I think you did a good thing by confronting him about his comments. Perhaps it will make him stop and think before continuing asking inappropriate comments and questions. Most of the time people like this do it for the shock effect it has on others, but your calm manner showed him no shock, just questioned his intentions here.

Adolescent Jerk I will be very surprised if askville lets him keep posting here. Maybe you were right to be so worried about the changes and I was being a Pollyanna. If this sort of thing gets a foothold it will ruin askville quickly.

There are always going to be people who like to push the boundaries.... maybe this person is one of them. To me, this looks like someone who has just found the site and wants to cause a stir with some controversial topics and comments - OR, maybe this person really wants some help. Who knows.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
